Free weights. 5x3 squat 85 kg; 5x5 overhead press 45 kg; 20,14,13 inverted rows; 20,13,10 press-up + 7.5 kg.
Finally got the overhead press. Squat weight down 'cos a friend saw that I wasn't going as low on the squats as I thought I was.
Total time spent lifting weights: 30 mins, rest of the time spent changing weights and recovering.
Warm-up: squat: 2x5 20 kg, 3x40 kg, 3x60 kg, 2x80 kg; overhead: 5x5 20 kg, 1x3 32.5 kg.
Each set of 5 lifts done within 1 minute.
Intervals between sets/lifts: squat 2 mins, press 2 mins, inverted rows 1 min, press-ups 1 mins.
